Luxurious Adventure Tented Camp in Nepal
Any outdoor activity requires outdoor lodging facilities. Hence, Kakani Adventure Camp provides a specialized set of camps fixated on the terraced land. The camps are placed sparingly to avoid congestion. The camps is capable of holding at the very least 30 people at once. Likewise, the five Safari tented camps have 4 beds each and the five deluxe tented camps have 2 beds each. The common washrooms are neat and cleaned regularly. They also provide hot showers which can help to soothe aching muscles after a good workout.

Located 23km northeast of the Kathmandu valley, Kakani is a few hours away from the capital. Kakani is situated at an altitude of 2060 meters which makes it one of the easily accessible and beautiful viewpoints nearest to Kathmandu valley. Kakani is an expanse of hills covered with lush green trees that dance and sway with nature’s cool breeze. Kakani is an easily accessible destination, especially from Kathmandu. You can reach Kakani via public bus/car, private car, motorcycle, or even mountain bikes.The bus can be found at the Bus Station at Balaju which will take you straight to Kakani. Kakani Adventure Camp allows you the opportunity to explore the national park and gain insight upon the history and significance of the national park. Shivapuri Nagarjun National Park is the ninth national park in Nepal and was established in 2002. It is located in the country’s mid-hills on the northern fringe of the Kathmandu Valley and named after Shivapuri Peak of 2,732 m (8,963 ft) altitude. The buffer zone of Shivapuri National Park incorporates various species of flora and fauna. Himalayan subtropical broadleaf forests and Eastern Himalayan broadleaf forests are the major vegetation found in the park. Species like Langur, Chinese pangolin, Indian crested porcupine, leopard, and others are found conserved in the buffer zone.
